Self-Pay Rates
All individual, family, couples, and neurofeedback sessions (who are not using insurance) are billed at the following self-pay rates:
Trauma Therapy & Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART):
$200 - Intake Appointment (First Session)
$165 - 50-minute session
$90 - 25-minute session
Neurofeedback:
$150 - Intake Appointment/Assessment (First Session)
$100 - 50-minute session

Forms of Accepted Payments
I accept payment via check, debit or credit card, and HSA or FSA card at the end of each session.
It is required to have a card on file in our HIPAA secure electronic health record platform before starting any of our services.
The payment process is the same for in-person or virtual appointments.

Out-of-Network Billing
I only accept limited insurances at this time (Select Health, United Healthcare, Optum, BCBS, and PEHP); however, if you have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits from your insurance provider, I can offer a receipt (called a super bill) with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance provider, if applicable.
I also accept third-party payors, such as ecclesiastical leaders, Operation Underground Railroad (OUR), and other organizations.
